Wir sind immer mal wieder in Bolsena, da es ein schönes Fleckchen Erde ist, bei dem man Entschleunigung spüren kann. So ist es auch in der Enoteca, oben im Gassengewimmel von Bolsena. Die Besitzer sind so herzlich und nett, dass man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Die Weine sind excellent ausgesucht und wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Die Besitzerin ist deutsch und ihr Mann aus Bolsena, total nett. Geht hin und erlebt es selbst.

A magical wine bar in a romantic surrounding, on top of a hill in Bolsena, in an old castle. Excellent and delightful in all aspects. An idyllic spot for a very good glass of wine.
Runned by lovely owners and hosts Alessandro and his wife Anna, who both speak Italian, German and English. Allesandro and Anna always make you feel welcome in their cosy cave bar. They know a lot about their wines and like to tell you everything about it.
The beautiful wines they serve come with freshly made finger food.

Sitting out site on the stairs of the castle listening to the music, feel the wind coming from the lake, the smell of Jasmine flowers, the taste of the wine and you wish you could stay there forever. I can't wait to come back every year.response / report this review -

sempre Interessante capitare all'enoteca di Bolsena per conoscere qualche nuova etichetta e poi Anna e Sandro sono deliziosi padroni di casa! molto accogliente!!

This is the most wonderful Enoteca of wine. It has an incredible setting right up all the stone steps to the most romantic ancient palace area in the lovely town of Bolsena. Anna and Sandro are the owners, welcoming and knowledgeable about all the renowned wines they stock in this old building. Stepping in to their Cantina is stepping back in to the past. They can accommodate groups there for wine tasting and talks on the wines. I loved it so much I rerouted my trip in Italy to return there with my daughter. That's Anna at the entrance and Sandro in the picture with my daughter. Not only can one drink reasonable great wine there but one can meet all the international, interesting clients who know it well. A terrific meeting place

Super Wein, tolle Atmosphäre, toller Platz - mitten im mittelalterlichen Zentrum von Bolsena liegt diese feine kleine Enoteca! Anna und Alessandro sind sehr sympathisch und kennen sich super aus, sowohl bei ihren Weinen, als auch in der Region im Allgemeinen. Immer einen Besuch wert!
