Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff and a short 10 min walk to the town. Rooms are spacious and most have balconies. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the pool is large and clean.

A little off central, clean rooms, nice breakfast and good service. But without a car you won't be able to see much of the surrounding areas.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff were wonderful and so helpful. The pool was fantastic, so close to the bus stop for getting about. Short walk to town with many neat places to eat or habe coffee

This hotel have friendly + helpful staffs , I more concern was the cleanest of the room, very clean + room size was big too. Outdoor Pool was nice as well (only early morning pool water slighly cold).
Location not great, but can walk to town easily (i not rent a car) .
Whole family have a such a lovely time at here. Highly recommended.response / report this review -

Nice hotel, but not the best surroundings. You have tö walk for 15 min or take the bus to the center of Olbia.
Tasty breakfast, rooms are good and the pool is perfect if you don't want to take the bus or car to the beach.response / report this review -

Cons: DON'T STAY HERE!!! Horrible front desk staff & front desk manager. Terrible food in the restaurant, no service, difficult to find staff.don't expect much. OVERCHARGED us for water from the "mini-fridge" (fridge with no label NOR price list or notification that we'd be charged. Older property definitely not more than three stars despite the four star rating. No views no views your mostly looking at the parking lot or interstate. No walk in shower and water splashes all over the bathroom floor as is the case with most of these older European hotels no walk in shower and water splash is all over the bathroom floor as is the case with most of these older European hotels that have less than a half a glass rather than a shower curtain, the stupidest design I've ever seen in a bathroom. Extremely small gym although it has nice views. breakfast is only until 10 o'clock even on the weekends. internet connection in the gym extremely weak thereby making it extremely difficult to stream audio or video.
I gave it 2 stars because of the attitude and unwillingness of the front desk staff to help, they refused simple requests like extra glasses for the room. As well it seems to me the hotel overall is older outdated and lacks some maintenance.Pros: very efficient and overall good front desk staff however date seems very unwilling to go beyond their basic duties to help. Not overly polite or informative but got the job done. Location is pretty close to the center of town especially if you have a car. Free parking and free breakfast Aldo breakfast is not the best quality I've seen and the coffee is absolutely horrible despite the fact it's from an espresso machine it tastes like powdered coffee and most likely is considering the machine says Nescafe. swimming pool area is beautiful. Free parking. it's nice that some rooms offer a balcony. A good price for this island I guess but next time I will absolutely book something on the Ocean Beach areas.response / report this review -

Very friendly staff, great pool, lovely central atrium and large rooms. Close to centre too (about 15 mins walk) only downside was that the "room with a view" was just a main road not facing the sea. Oddly, It's also surrounded by bare, open land with nothing on it, making the hotel seem a bit soulless and isolated

Stayed on a family holiday during August 2014.
The rooms were very well appointed and spacious, not sure if this is because we had an upgrade.
The staff were very helpful and the majority spoke English.
The breakfast was varied and filling, in a wonderfully decorated hotel, room service was reasonable too.
I would recommend you have a car, the nearest shops are 10 minutes to walk, and the main shopping areas even further.
Would recommend, as with most Hilton's, you know what you're going to get.response / report this review
