Excellent location, included breakfast is excellent except for the one-coffee rule, stingy with towels, gorgeous roof-top seating area.

Great views from the room and the roof top deck. Location is great since everything is within walking distance. Staff is very nice and watches over the hotel as if it is their own home.
Parking can be problematic if you don't understand local rules..we got a ticket and had to struggle with parking meters that doesn't tell you 10 euro per day.response / report this review -

It is a unique hotel. Clean and modern room/bathroom and really kind and helpful staff. A calm place. It is a spa hotell as well. Excellent location! They have a roof terrace! You can't park your car directly by the hotel permanently (only if you have luck) but there is a huge parking lot really nearby.

Clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Almost non wifi in the room. No car park for guest in front of the hotel because almost​ places are for local residence. If have luck can find free places but only if you have luck. If not paid 10€ per night to nearest car park. But in the end recommend hotel.

Camere ampie, luminose, molto pulite con una splendida vista mare da finestre. rinascimentali. SPA piccola ma accogliente: non si incontrano mai altri ospiti in piscina o bagno turco. Ci si può rilassare davvero.
Colazione continentale abbondante, dolce e salata con prodotti di qualità .

We just checked into this hotel, and it is a hot mess. While the view is nice, the hotel is beat up and very poorly furnished--peeling green laminate throughout the room, Mystery stains on soft furnishings, and rust (in addition to the hilariously tiny shower) in the bathroom. The hotel claims to have parking available, but receptionist sent my husband to flooded parking area that is unusable, and has provided no alternatives. My husband has now been driving around for more than an hour looking for parking, no idea when/if he'll find a safe, legal space. I'm stuck on the second floor (ie third floor) since I have a knee injury and the hotel does not let you know up front there is no lift, but many, many stairs. Hotel smells funky inside--probably mildew-- trying to air it out with fresh sea air. Please see photos--this should not have 3 stars or 4 plus rating on Google and tripadvisor--avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. Stayed there for a week in February and even if it was off season there were many hotel guests staying there.
