EXCELLENT BIKES AND SERVICE!
We rented 8 MTBs for the Sella Ronda and they were all in perfect condition. The staff was very helpful with bike fitting and had extensive knowledge of nearby trails and stops. We will definetely recommend this shop for those who would like to go bicycling in Val Gardena.

despite some strongly negative reviews here i found the girl in the shop very helpful in suggesting good trail options to meet my requirements. This was the main reason i rented the bikes here in the end. We did not rent on the day due to weather but returned a few days later and she remembered us. We were served very efficiently and got two rather hi spec bikes which really helped enhance the experience which if you have biked in the dolomites you will already know does not need enhancing. My son an i had a great morning on trails under the sasso lungo and will definitely return.

Had an injury, but Dolomiti A refused to give a refund for today since the skis were returned at 11 instead of before 10. A Doctors certificate was not enough. I used the skis 4/6 days and got 12 our of 132 euros as refund. Theis is not the way you get satisfied (or returning) customers. There are many high-class rental firms in Selva - choose another one!

Habe am 14.9.16 ein Klettersteig Set für 21€ geliehen. Es sah schon etwas abgenutzt aus. Bei klettern merkte ich das die Karabiner nicht selbständig schließen. Als Produktionsjahr war 03 05 eingraviert. Bei der Rückgabe bemängelte ich dies, was allerdings von den Verkäuferinnen mit den Worten ' das ist Bauartbedingt' und 'ein Bergführer prüft die Dinger' abgewiegelt wurde. Ich denke das man bei einem Anschaffungspreis von rund 150€, und bei dieser hohen Leihgebühr absolute Topware erwarten kann. 11,5 Jahre alten Schrott werde ich mir dort bestimmt nicht mehr holen. Hängt ja schließlich mein Leben dran. Mache in Zukunft einen Bogen um den Laden. Man hätte ja übrigens auch sagen können 'oh Entschuldigung, wir werden das Set ausmustern' oder?

I took a sellaronda MTB tour. The tour was awesome, but also the guides. They are knowledgeable and pick the trails to the riders level.

DO NOT HIRE BIKES FROM THIS SHOP
We hired 4 mountain bikes for our family. It cost us 103 euros. We left the shop and went up the mountain on the cable car. We arrived at the top of the mountain and set off, after 5 minutes of downhill riding we had our first uphill part, the first time my son pushed on his pedal it fell off. We tried to fix it and then walked back to the mountain restaurant where the staff were very helpful and tried to fix it. We tried to phone the shop at 12.15pm but there was no answer we emailed them but again we did not receive a reply, the shop shut between 12.30 and 2.30 for lunch but we tried to contact them before that. The people at the restaurant said they felt the bike was old and the thread where the pedal fitted had worn away, there was nothing they could do.
We set off down the mountain via the quickest route.
The shop was shut when we arrived back so we waited for them to return from lunch.
We explained what had happened and asked for our money back, the shop offered us a voucher to use on another day but we were moving on to another place to continue our holiday.
The shop refused to give us our money back and would only refund the cost of the one bike that had broken. We explained that this was unfair as we were a family and wanted to stay together. The very rude assistant Christina said that we should have left our 16 year old son on the mountain and the 3 of us carried on with our 4 hour hire - we could not believe that she was saying this. She said it was our fault and we should have checked the bike before we left the shop, surely this is their responsibility.
We were in the shop for over an hour and they would not listen to our point. We tried to explain that we had wasted a day of our holiday to which the very rude assistant Christina kept saying we should have left our son on the mountain.
Eventually we left with 25 euros, what appalling service, please do not give this shop your custom as they clearly rent out old bikes that are not checked properly and when there is a problem they do not have any empathy whatsoever.
