Very helpful staff, who spoke a fair amount of English. Good breakfast, quick service, and great water pressure in the shower.

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel. Parking was a challenge because it is not available on the hotel property. There is a nearby parking lot that charges 20 to 25 Euro a day. The overall theme of the hotel and my room is very bright colors. My room was an average size and the bed was comfortable. One suprise was that there was a flight of stairs in the room that leads to the bathroom on the 2nd floor of my room. This could be a problem for people who make frequent trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I cant comment on the breakfast. I checked out before it was served. This is an OK place to stay for a short period of time without a car.

I stayed at Correra 241 Lifestyle hotel during my visit to Naples in June 2016. It was a good choice of hotel. Location was convenient (30 seconds from Via Toledo, 4 minutes from Dante metro stop, 4 minutes from entrance to the historic centre of Naples, 5 minutes on the metro to Municipio, from where you can walk to the Beverello ferry terminal). Room size large, Hotel is clean. Breakfast is fine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. When I returned to the hotel after 3 nights on Ischia I was in another room - room was good, though I'm not sure the in-room safe was working OK, but I did not use it so I did not look too closely. All in all, I liked this hotel and its staff. And, though I had heard some negative things about Naples (particularly about Piazza Garibaldi and a couple of other areas) I found that I really liked Naples.

A quiet oasis amidst the "chaos" of Naples! The staff are very helpful and courteous, Carolina was on reception when I arrived and she made me very welcome with her smile and was very obliging. The room was always clean.
The hotel is just a few minutes walking to the Archeological Museum, and across the road from the old town. Once you have your bearings you are just minutes from anywhere. Also close to restaurants, takeaway shops, the Metro etc.
I just wish I had known about the taxi company which had set fares for destinations other than the airport (a great service thank you). Had I known I would have spent my last afternoon at the Herculaneum. Next time!response / report this review -

While the hotel is clean, the rooms in half of the hotel were repainted a month ago (or so they said) and they still reek of oil paint. The staff was only able to change our room after two days to the other side.
EDITED IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S ANSWER:
Indeed, the staff tried to give us a different room after our first night stay, but it was on the same recently renovated side, therefore it smelled the same. While the staff was polite and more than supportive, I believe the management should have done more to fend off the awful smell, including *not* lending rooms to that side until there was no more of it. The actual counters that were painted were still sticky, which means the paint was not dried up yet.response / report this review -

The Hotel Correra 241 was a very well located and quite honestly top ranking hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and polite before we even arrived in Naples making sure they were doing everything they could to ensure when we arrived in Naples we would be stress free and even went so far as to keep us updated on the weather which was very helpful when packing!
When we arrived the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in directing us where we needed to be for our fist adventure to pompeii! (which was an amazing place). The hotel was vibrantly decorated and was extremely clean and well presented.and almost looked brand new.
Our room was spotless and a nice size and was actually a fun room to stay in with it's quirky decor.
Throughout the remainder of our stay we couldn't have asked for a better location, only maximum 10 minutes walk from all the major parts of the city and even less to the Metro Station which links you everywhere.
The staff remained beyond polite and helpful ensuring we always had the information we needed and helping to make the trip to Naples as amazing as ever, I'd like to specifically mention the help of Luis and Diego as they were majorly helpful in our adventures.
I would recommend this hotel and city to everyone!!!!response / report this review
