Generally quite nice, but the WiFi was appalling (I was on a business trip) and the rooms were very cold - the staff were extremely friendly but took 24 hours to turn the heating on.

Newly refurbished and clean room. Friendly personnel. Central location. I would certainly recommend it. Just remember to call in advance to have updated info on the eay to arrive there.

At first I didn't post a review and decided I would just not stay here again; the water wasn't very hot and the wifi was horrible. But then I got back to the hotel at 9 pm and there was no one at the front desk to check me out and arrange a taxi at 5 am the next morning to the airport. I couldn't reach anyone at the phone number that was left for emergencies (it turns out their phone system was down). After getting help from a very nice manager at a different hotel (Hotel Bellavista), and waiting, I was able to get things done after a long hassle. And then the electrical outlets stopped working. Stay somewhere else.
