We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon in November 2017 and absolutely fell in love with the beautiful, traditional Roman style room we had! The staff is eager to help and very friendly! Has American outlets installed in the rooms, flat screen tv, nice bathroom with a built in towel warming rack, and pull out couch. It's located in waking distance from the hard rock or 15 minutes uber to Trevi Fountain and not far from other Attractions. Only downsides we experienced was that the bed was very firm, shower is sized for one person only, outside view is not the best, and no full length mirror. We will DEFINITELY be coming here again in the future!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very professional and helpful. Only downside the bar price, no price list, espresso at 4€, never paid anything like this in Italyand we are Italian coffee drinkers.

Nice staff, nice rooms. Thin pillows and slacking on breakfast. We had a room with the balcony, that was the highlight. A little far from main tourist attractions but the Villa Borghese park is super close and beautiful.

Decent place. The day front desk man is clearly nicer to visiting Italians than Americans however. Big sighs and no eye contact when asked for recommendations or help by Americans, but went out of his way for a couple Italians. Night shift is a totally different story. He's hilarious , helpful, and super nice. Rooms are okay size, but the pillows are super thin, so plan to bring a neck pillow from the plane to prop up your head.

It was a pleasant enough stay at the Principessa Isabella Hotel. It was clean, the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the room was comfortable. The check-in/check-out receptionist was a little quirky. The rest of the staff was friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Excellent small hotel. Comfortable, though small rooms. Nice polite staff. Nice European setting on a quiet side street. Just don't be expecting the "American Way" of things. This is Europe.

We loved this hotel.
The location might not be all that but the room we had was great and nicely appointed. The front desk was very helpful with some travel arrangements we had. The breakfast was fantastic, probably the best of our 3 week Euro trip.
We got our room at a special price but I would pay full rack to return. If this hotel was closer to the sights of Rome it would go for twice the price.
Absolutely would recommend this hotel.
