  Che dire, semplicemente stupendo.
  Le stanze sono collocate tra il 5 ed il 6 piano, ascensorato.
  Consigliatissimo.

  Clean and comfortable facility. Air conditioning is vital when temperatures exceed 35 degrees! 😜 The terrace of the rooms on the 5th floor offers a beautiful view of Cosenza. City center within walking distance but must enjoy walking!

  We stayed one night at the b & b civic 27 but we immediately received a warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful room, top organization if we were to return we would know where to go

  I highly recommend it. It is a welcoming, clean structure, the rooms are new and well furnished and has a strategic position as it is close to the center.

  Veramente molto bello e confortevole, massima pulizia. Il proprietario è una persona davvero squisita. La colazione è inclusa da consumare in pasticceria..dietro l' angolo ( buonissima).. Lo consiglio a tutti..io ho dormito benissimo..E poi la città è molto carina..
