So lovely to have seen the Redentore day celebration. memorable indeed.

Good food. I ate suppa (...) vegetables (Ministrone), the others at Pizza. Formaggio, Magaritha and a Pizza with cooked ham and champignons.
The champignos come from the can or glas = minus 1 Star.
I dont understand this. Champignos must be fresh on Pizza. And this happens in a good Restaurant in Italy.
If this happens at a Döner-Pizzaria in Germany, I say ok. But even in a German Italien Restaurant this is a no go.
Why??? Take Fresh Champignos!
