Un' azienda non uno studio medico
Due visite ( private ) nella stessa settimana.
Alla prima, appena entrata mi è stata proposta un'ecografia aggiuntiva (da pagare allo sportello). Nessuna risposta alle mie domande ed i campioni biologici sono stati dati a me perché provvedessi a consegnarli al bsncone.
Seconda visita cardiologica, ho riferito di un piccolo prolasso alla valvola mitrale ed il medico l'ha negata.
La sera stessa mi sono recata in palestra per controllo e certificato. Senza che dicessi nulla escultando il medico mi ha confermato un piccolo prolasso.
Il mio parere?
Sono più interessati a riempirsi le tasche che alla salute dei pazienti che, visto il periodo che stiamo vivendo dove non è semplice trovare appuntamenti con SSN, sono costretti a sottoporsi alle visite mediche a pagamento.

Unfortunately called 2 times to make an appointment, the staff not very helpful in giving explanations on the visit to be done and uninhibited dates as if bothered by giving information necessary to use the service.

I went to the CDS as it was the only center able to give me a short term appointment for 3 rx via SSN. (all the centers contacted, and not a few, for the examination through the Health Service gave me availability in September)
Intrigued by this immediate availability, I wanted to read the reviews so as not to find myself a sort of "bad surprise".
Despite myself they weren't the best but I preferred to follow my instincts.
I must say at the end of the exams that I found myself SUPER GOOD. The staff was extremely kind and professional, the doctor very good, attentive and thorough in the descriptions of what he was doing.
The withdrawal of the results was also quick and punctual, with great collaboration from the employee to get me to have the related plates printed immediately.

MONUMENT TO INCOMPETENCE.
I go to do the rays and the pos does not work, I have to go out and collect back (broken foot) ONE WEEK for collection, yes one week to put the data on a CD and the results can only be collected from 16.00 18.00, because during the rest of the day it is inconceivable to think of delivering the results to those who need them
Since then with the results I have to try to operate, it is not that I have the rays done just to do it, I went there at 2.30 pm and obviously it is impossible to give me the results I have to stay around 1 hour and a half, with the foot still broken, because there is not a primate, on three counters and one at the entrance to take the nunero in your place (really essential), able to take my folder; give it to me and let me sign

Ottimo centro. Esami del sangue, visite specialistiche .. tutto ottimo e in tempi passabili. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile . Unico neo.. Gli orari ristretti di ritiro referti.. ma si possono ritirare online. Altro problema il parcheggio. Meglio arrivare per tempo per trovare un parcheggio.

Ampio parcheggio proprio di fronte. Dottori e personale gentile e preparati. Tramite prenotazioni orari rispettati quindi tempi di attesa ridotti al minimo. Visite specialistiche, esami del sangue, ecografie ecc

Ottima struttura, abbastanza veloci nel servizio e quasi tutto il personale è gentile e professionale, soprattutto alcune infermiere del prelievo del sangue
