Honest as a price, they make key copies if you bring the proper documentation. With me the staff was kind and professional. Not very up-to-date and contradictory signs on the Covid 19 legislation on the fattening door, probably they did not notice, otherwise good

Request a copy of the key by presenting the original and the ownership card: they refuse. According to them I have to turn to whoever sold me the material! Asked for explanations via email, I do not receive any response.

The time used to open a door closed only with the handle but with the key inside the lock seemed excessive to me. Calculated as emergency response, it was 21:30, 120 €. The same intervention by the Fire Brigade, ten minutes.

HIGH LEVEL PROFESSIONALS IN THE SECTOR.
I had known them for some time but I did not imagine that they had reached this level of preparation and that they had evolved so much.
I had the need to redo two remote control keys from scratch for my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee and everyone I turned to (including the dealer) had made me understand that in addition to the scarce possibility of making them, the expense would have been excessive, even envisaging the probability of also changing the cylinder of the steering wheel assembly.
But when ever !!!!
They ordered them for me and in 2 days they arrived, fixed an appointment after just one day and in an hour (or a little more) supported by instruments and equipment of the highest quality they did everything necessary to complete the intervention in perfect order. 'art.
Even during the programming of the first key they ran into a small problem caused by the software which, however, with great attention and preparation and assisted by a colleague of the team from another location outside the region, they were able to solve in an excellent way !!!
What to say more, cordial and kind, things that today and often, it is not easy to find.
As for the costs well, certainly proportionate to the work done, not cheap but absolutely in line . professionalism has a price and everything has a value.
Also honored with a very useful accessory.
