This caffe is located in one of the most busy plazas and it successfully kept its name since 1733. It overlooks the antique carousel and has the most delicious food and quality coffee as well as cocktails in Florence! They are a bit slow to serve but nonetheless it won’t even disturb your experience. Enjoy. (I, myself, particularly enjoyed their scrambled eggs with pancakes and bacon, and coffee americano while my husband had some chocolate dessert with a side of espresso. Both orders were beyond good, they were just amazing so we really loved it here!)

A famous spot for tourists, this restaurant is very beautiful and well designed & decorated. It has a patisserie as well and the items are nicely displayed.
Beautiful seating and excellent service. The espresso coffee they serve is one of the best. As for the sweets, it's highly recommended as it is the best in Italy

Nobody is nice and I have never seen a smile!

The breakfast is ok, but the price is just incredible. There are thousand of other places in Florence for same quality of breakfast with half price, nice staff, warm place and friendly atmosphere. We were indoor and it was very cold!

The atmosphere was terrifying and the manager has not been that nice too in past.

Today, I gave it the last try.

We was interesting to the dolce but the cashier is arrogant. My friend was trying to take the photo of price list and the cashier is act so rude at her. PLEASE talk nicely to your customer Not to act like uncivilised.

The location is great and the store is beautiful. But be prepared for the AWFUL service! The lady at sweet side is just rude. The tiramisu and the coffee were fine, but not good enough to come and to be rushed around.

Broke my vows of 'no carbs/no desserts' at the mouthwatering counters as we enjoyed ourselves at the bar.. in Firenze for 2 days and this was our brunch venue both days :) Don't forget to try the panforte or take it home for your loved ones to delight over!!

Went in the late evening for drinks. Service was strangely slow and the first drinks order was wrong. However, the view is nice and the outdoor seating area is very nice. The complimentary snacks brought to your table are nicer than other places too. Not the cheapest option but worth going in.
