Haven't received the certificate yet, it's been 5 months now. I have been sending them emails and calling them but they don't help you.

DON'T BOOK exams at British Council in the near future. They will take your money in an instant, cancel your exam immediately and might give your money back IN 4-8 WEEKS!!! IT IS RIDICULOUS! Unlike you, some people actually PLAN AHEAD, my money was allocated for the exam, why am I supposed to wait for MY MONEY for 4-8 weeks???? If you were so kind to at least give it back NOW, I would be able to use it NOW! You knew you couldn't provide the service, you could block the slots IN ADVANCE!!! You are wasting people's time and nerve cells! Coronovirus hasn't just struck your company, we are all having problems now. So please stop saying 'emergency, emergency, be patient, collaborate"! Why am I supposed to collaborate and you are not? I would definitely collaborate if you could provide refunds within decent timeframes. 2 months is NOT decent!

I’ve been attending courses for two years. I feel like home. Teachers are polite and professional. Since when I study here my English has improved a lot. I suggest all of you going there. It’s a worthwhile!

I'm sorry?it really was the most expensive english course I have ever taken. I was working in Milan for a couple of month and wishing to improve my english, and I was taking the B2 level classes, they paid not much attention to me personally and i felt left aside and the money was not worth the education, for this level at least.

Better going to the 'international house' than 'British council '
    - Extremely unfair customer service:

We had the most UNPLEASENT & dISCOURAGING appointment. We took the exam and received a A2A result, but the responsibles there wouldn't give us the chance for attending the classes of that level and saying nothing they can do because we aren't qualified because of our pronounciation !
Nothing you can do? is that how you discourage your 'customers/students'. they left us with zero self-confidence and felt hurt.
