Just the nicest spot to view the southern Marche. Excellent hosts, good food and a great wine selection. Take a detour and visit!

What a superb hotel. The room we stayed in was immaculate and the general attention to detail in the hotel is exceptional. Tea and coffee was available in the room, which is unusual in Italy and most welcome. The standard of the room furnishings and the hotel in general was very good. The bed was comfortable and the location and views stunning.

14-jun-2015: I did a wine taste party with my wife and 6 other people as a trip from camping and b&b sopra e sotto. The hostess and chef cook were very enthusiastic and competent. Some accompanying food was served with each type of wine. At the end of the tasting, we ordered more wine and pizza at the nice outdoor terrace.
