Arrived early in the morning thinking we could get to the slopes first thing. But somebody in the rental shop thought not, we had our equipment within 10 mins but he had us wait around for about an hour and a half checking out equipment multiple times and not believing we had paid. He had no clue what was going on, eventually a woman sorted us out but nor before we had missed most of the morning. Returning our skis was much the same, we had to wait around again for around half an hour because they still thought we hadn't paid for the skis, even after they had seen the receipt. Extremely disorganised and frustrating to rent from, find somewhere else!!!

Negozio enorme con materiale sportivo veramente ben fornito. Personale gentile e disponibile e ben preparato. Vi è pure la possibilità di noleggiare il materiale.

Buon assortimento articoli x lo sci. Bene il negozio di sport. Pessimo cibo all'apres Ski e personale improvvisato nel locale attiguo.

I found them very helpful, even if they didnt have a board big enough for me. Some of the staff also spoke english, but I got by with my limited Italian.
I paid around 90 euros for a snowboard+bindings+boots for 7 days.response / report this review -
