Medium sized airport, quiet busy all day, there's carrefour express market and some other Cafe's and a restaurant, a lot of car renting offices, tourist office, post box, ticket office, luggage storage 24h for 6€, hard plastic machine for 14€ and travel luggage weightier free, two big bathrooms. Cons: hard metal chairs with arm rest, makes it very discomfortable, charging sockets are isolated, so you must stand on table while charging

Welcoming female staff on arrival, small terminal though so feels quite crowded. Grumpiest passport control I've ever experienced when leaving (and yes I was polite/spoke Italian!) No airbridges so you have to walk outside/bus it to the aircraft/terminal, though in Italian weather that's ok most of the time! No train service even though the line runs quite close, just bus and taxi. Man singing opera in the toilets on arrival was a bonus though :)

Its modern, looks very new. However when I went to catch a flight there there was definitely way too many people for the terminal capacity. Most of the seats in the waiting area and gates were occupied, and there were lots of people just sitting on the floor. There were also lines of people waiting for the bathroom. They should really think about expanding the terminal Or building a new one.

I got in 10 pm for a 6 am flight in the morning. I sat beside a wall of electrical and usb outlets. In this particular wall, none of the outlets worked😐 so I could not charge my devices. There was a steady stream of people coming into the airport and when people tried to use the outlets, I let them know they did not work. Eventually I got tired of letting people know, and I started watching people unpack their stuff, plug their devices in, and then leave. So that entertained me until security opened up at 4 am, at which point I entered the secure area and wrote this review using one of the few operational outlets in the airport.

No problem with Arrivals. Baggage reclaim and Passport Control were quick and taxis, buses etc were easy to find. Departures, however, were less enjoyable. Long queues and dreadful overcrowding at the gates made it a miserable experience. Buy a bottle of whisky in Duty Free and drink it to dull the pain.

A few years ago it was absolutely terrible, now after extensive renovations it is mediocre. Too small for the amount of passengers. Lack of places to sit. Possibly the only airport in the world where your cannot buy anything at all to read after security! Though, has a nice delicatessen with local produce before security, for those last minute gifts.

Very small and very busy structure. Long check-in time. The toilets however are the worst thing: defective and very dirty. Shame on Bologna. Such a beautiful city with an inadequate airport.

All restaurants except the cafe that sells a glass of wine for 7 euros close at 21.00! One of the worst airports i have ever seen. Btw - if you arrive here after 22.00 you are forced to get a taxi because there are no other transport connections possible. And you need to wait for faze for more then one hour! I strongly do not recommend this airport

I fly to this airport from UK at least 15 times a year. Nothing special or bad about it. HOWEVER as soon as you step out of the doors, the smell of smoke really hits you; the usual 5m non-smoking any from any building doesn't seem to apply here!
