I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this company! I called them to open a blocked wall safe and at the end of the work I discovered that they come from Turin (and I live in Milan) and then they are not Juwel technicians as they say they are. Emergency response always costs a lot but I didn't think so much! incorrect because on the phone they do not say where they come from, they only say the cost of the exit. Surely in Milan you can find it at a better price. LITTLE CORRECT.

Leaving aside the amount requested (1,500 euros) for a simple bleeding of a kitchen pipe, as well as the request for a 50% deposit, what made me most angry was the total unwillingness of the company to finish the job by fixing the pipes that were leaking water. as a result of their work. I also had the impression that they relied on an external company for the work, so they were simple intermediaries. Therefore, all the more reason, I see no valid reason to turn to them.
