I called to simply request a reservation and they were rude and hung up on me. So no. I would now recommend them.

This hotel was the worst ever!! The breakfast was really poor.. The owner was very inhospitable.. they supposed to clean the room and there was dust under the bed.. I told them every time and they did not believe me.For this reason my boyfriend suffered from allergy
The worst thing is that I had to change the hotel the last day of my residence.. the owner explained to me in his worst English that he paid for me another hotel for the last day because some other customer changed the booking day. This cannot be true. The real fact is that a family booked the second floor with the 3 rooms concluding my room too. The owner did not want to lose this big deal so he preferred to book me another room to another hotel for my last residence to Napoli
The other hotel was too far away from B&b MorrellI so I had to walk 15 minutes with my 2 suitcases..When me and my boyfriend arrived at the new hotel which we checked in after 2 hours of my leaving B&b Morelli , the manager of the new hotel was not informed about the whole situation and about me paying also the difference of the 10 days for my boyfriend to stay This hotel is the worst ever for meresponse / report this review -

Not to be let down by external sign and/or by entrance: actually is a wonderful surprise. I got accommodated in very cured ensuite extension. Close to very downtown. Great value for the price. Call Massimo.
