  Decent hotel but nothing more. It's clean and functional but feels a bit 50's. Right next to a main road but not noisy inside the hotel. Location is a bit odd, an industrial estate outside of everything so not good if you don't have a car. Free parking if you do though. Pool was large and clean though unfortunately a little noisy due to the road which is only sheltered by a few trees/hedges. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large but basic and shower was a bit weak due to leaking connection.

  Good sized clean rooms. Very basic functional furnishings, effective air con. Friendly staff, particularly the jovial night manager. Location on ss96 means some traffic noise and ugly views as expected. Nice tennis courts! Good for the price.
