  Waiting in line for half an hour to change coins into banknotes and hearing them say uff, they're too many, I won't change them for you, it takes me so long. But what are we at the operator's house? And to my response "we are in the bank and a service that must be done" I hear them say "I won't do it here, go elsewhere" is priceless! What can I say, they don't offer any (mandatory) service unless remunerated by a few euros for the operation! And I also have to keep the money from them...

  The branch where I found the least polite staff of all the banks I visited! When you say good morning you reply with good morning, always and in any case.
