Located slightly outside the center this place is nevertheless convenient especially if arriving by car or train. The rooms were clean and nice, though the threat of a fine for leaving the aircon on during the day was a bit annoying. They have Wifi and a very pleasant breakfast area in a courtyard, though beware the mosquitos there in the evening. Friendly staff, slightly pompous owner with questionable taste in art

MOlti GRAZIE!!!!!!!!!!!! This was by far the best place we stayed in alll of Sicily!!!
Agatha & Giovianni are SUCH a beautiful, helpful and thoughtful couple!!!! We stayed both on our first & last night in Sicily and the beauty of this B&B was unsurpassed. Our honeymoon first night was spent in a spacious suite and they brought us champagne to celebrate!! We will be staying here & here ONLY whenever we return to Palermo and recommending this to ANY ONE comimg to Palermo. We could not have asked for a better experience and the breakfast was also SO amazing and beautiful. MOLTI GRAZIE!!!!

We stayed at the B&B for two nights in April and the accommodation was one of the highlights of the 4 nights in Sicily. Firstly the location is great. Both rooms we booked had balconies that overlooked a square that really comes alive at night.
Second, the building itself has a real authentic and old Italian feel, (the lift in the lobby is a real feature!) The high ceilings, very tasteful original Italian furnishings, marble everywhere and just a pleasant, calming interior.
Finally, how welcoming were the hosts. They were very inviting and helpful at all times. If you are looking for a genuine and unpretentious piece of Sicily this is what we'd recommend.

The hotel is well situated: most of Palermo churches & palaces are in the walking distance. The hotel occupies an ancient palazzo. This has some negative aspects though: rooms are sometimes rather non-standard and difficult to ventilate. Housekeepers are very nice.
