Besides a good bed and a good looking room, it's just bad. It starts by finding a parking space, which is almost impossible, we managed to park the car (after an hour looking for a parking garage/spot) at Gestipark Battisti srl (€1,5 an hour or €15 for first 24h) just a few minutes from the hotel.
When we arrived the adres was not correct, we managed to find the appartment, then no one answered and we had to wait before someone to arrive. The room looks great and the bed is also very good, but we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted as from 07:30 the building started to live and we could here people walk above us and moving furniture or whatever they were doing.
Old Town is just a few minutes away (walking) and there are a lot of nice shops in the street of the hotel. But considering my experience I wouldn't book here again and I'm happy we changed our 2 nights to 1 night while planning our vacation.response / report this review -

Air conditioning barely worked which was a bit disappointing due to the very hot weather but was in a good location in the central city.

Un buon B&B ben posizionato, grande cortesia del gestore Piero e della Sig./ra incaricata del ricevimento. Le camere sono spaziose pulite e la biancheria sempre in ordine, ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo

Really nice and Big rooms. There are no slots for parking available so we had to search for about one hour for a free space. In my room was no hot water available so the shower in the morning was not comfortable. Even though it calls itself bed and breakfast the breakfast is not included. I attach two photos with the view from our balcony. Really nice
