BEWARE - take photos of the car before you drive away. They tried to tell me that I had scratched the car. The scratches were old and they had not marked then on the sheet. I was able to show them the photos and did not have to pay.
The car was fine - unfortunately, bigger than I asked for and therefore used more fuel.response / report this review -

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! DANGER!!! We rented a car with autoclick and since it was winter and we were going to Switzerland, we needed Winter chains. When we had to use them, we realized that they didn’t fit our car. We had to call for an emergency service worth 450CHF. We drove back all the way from St. Moritz to Milan (where we rented the car) and they verified that they had given us the wrong chains. They had to change our vehicle and until the date they haven’t refunded us for the downgrade nor for the emergency service we had to use because of their fault. They customer service is SO BAD; they do not give a fast answer (actually they basically haven’t given any decent answer until now). We DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. A clear example that cheap companies are not worth the try.

I booked a Ford Focus Estate and that's what I got. A brand new Focus. The service was excellent. I was offered insurance to reduce XS to zero, for 75 euros for five days. I took the offer and nothing was blocked from my credit card. Moreover, when I returned the car, it was all very simple. They just checked that the fuel tank was full and that was it. I have booked with many other companies before but rarely have I received such good service. Would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

Used Autoclixk Fumicino 3 times. Every time long waits for shuttle from or to airport, up ro 40-60 min. Not very polite and attentive ataff. Last time didn't book comprehensive insurance cover through broker and was ripped by Autoclick who charged abt 20 euro per day just for additional comprehensive insurance (car rental with limitwd inaurance coated me leas than 4 euro per day for comparison!). Yes, they are cheap but next time will better pay more to avoid feeling of being humiliated.

Pick up was easy. Only problem is you have to contact them when you arrive. Thus may be tricky if you don't have Italian cell phone.

No hassle car hire. Got collected at airport as promised. Lovely almost brand new car. Delivered safely to airport by autoclick at end of holiday once car was returned. No "hidden extras"

0 stars - I wish there was an option. The staff is so unfocused on work. With my turn, I stood there for 30 minutes to get my car. The staff just wastes time doing nothing and just talking to somebody else. Better avoid and rent at some place else. Had problems also while returning which I would not like to mention because it was later resolved after some arguments. AVOID..

Small company, Good new cars,
To get the car was very very slow service - waited 1.5 hours when only 4 people were before me in line for 2 queues; But was great experience when we returned the car. Car was clean but the child safety seat given in dirty condition.response / report this review -

Just spent 2 hours and twenty mins at auto click trying to rent two cars. I had made reservations online previously & when I arrived all I found was problems. They were nice enough guys, but it took forever and they were not very helpful. Would not recommended anyone traveling from a foreign country to use this company. Very poor.
