Although the room is clean and the staff are friendly i am left with a aching back. The beds are not exactly comfort meterial as stif as a door. The "bar" doesn't seem to have much on offer and when we went down there was no one to be seen. Don't bother arriving before 2 you wont get your room. After setting off from home at 12:40am and arriving here at 10am insted of leaving our bags at the hotel we had to carry them around with us. Due to the distance between the hotel and Roma it was not worth going back to the hotel at 2 to then go back into Roma.
So due to location of hotel and comfort of bed this isnt a 4* for me more a 3

Lovely hotel. Very clean rooms. Modern with nice shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location is fine. Short bus from nearby stop to subagusta metro then speedy journey to the beautiful city centre. Balissima!!

This place was very clean and the check in staff was incredibly kind. They gave us a better room than we had booked and kept our luggage for us until the room was ready. The place is near a grocery store other that that it is a suburban residential area better for a stop over than a visit to central Rome. The breakfast has improved since earlier reviews. They had eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, yogurt and fruit in addition to the traditional Italian breakfast items.

Very nice hotel. Of course it is a bit far from the center of town but you should know that before you book. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was adequate. Even the elevators/lifts were quick and roomie unlike many other Euro elevators. My only complaint would be the fact that there seemed to always be 5-8 people standing just outside the main entrance smoking. No one wants to walk into a hotel through a cloud of cigarette smoke.

Positive: Very courteous staff. The best! Always smiling and eager to please.
Negatives: Far from everything! Wifi is the worst. Breakfast is a very narrow selection of biscuits and there were only ever two options on the menu for dinner. The restaurant only opens from 19:30-21:00 by the way, which is just bizarre for a hotel of this nature. There aren't any facilities in the room. The TV remote doesn't work.

Decent size room with a comfortable bed. Very modern comfortable interior. The walls and floors where a bit thin we could hear our neighbors on the sides and top floor. The shower was a bit odd. It had a bath tub with shower at one end and about 2 feet of glass extending from the wall. The water leaked onto the floor when the shower was used. The bathroom was larger than most. Hotel is next to a grocery store which was nice. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking room that had a private feel to it. 30 minutes from the city center.

Great place, little bit further to get to it all but not stressful to travel. Staff were helpful and friendly I would recommend eating whilst you are out in the evening as there is one local place but it is just OK.

Free parking, but little far away from city center. Cheap food shop near the hotel. The breakfast same every day, but good. Recommended!
