The hotel is well situated and easily reached by public transport from the train station and airport. However, being on the main road means that it can get very loud at night. Our room also didn't have black out curtains and the windows face the traffic lights outside so it can be a bit bright. The hotel is modern with comfortable bedding and the staff are friendly and speak good English.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Bäder allerdings sind sehr klein und bedürfen einer Modernisierung, was nichts über die Sauberkeit aussagen soll! Sauber und hygienisch ist das Hotel allemal.
Einmal versuchten wir fernzusehen, es gab allerdings Probleme mit dem sky Decoder, die auch das Hotelpersonal nicht lösen konnte.

Auf Englisch kann man sich mit dem Hotelpersonal einigermaßen gut verständigen. Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis enthalten, erinnert aber eher an ein Kaffeekränzchen viel Süsses Gebäck und Weißmehllastiges, kaltes Rührei, Schnittkäse und Kochschinken.

Fluch und Segen des Hotels ist auf jeden Fall seine Lage! Schön zentral gelegen sind Palermos Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fußläufig zu erreichen.
Hauptproblem ist allerdings, dass der Geräuschpegel auf der Via Roma AUCH NACHTS!! und bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum auszuhalten ist.

Great location. It can get a bit noisy at night with the adjacent foot traffic. Our room had issues with the AC and it took at least an hour before it cooled down to a comfortable temperature. Two outlets did not work making it hard for us to charge everything at once. Breakfast was decent with a lot of choices but come early since the number of tables are limited and people were waiting for free ones. For us, these were all minor inconveniences and we would stay again.

Very nice hotel, with great breakfast. Fully equipped rooms. Only thing was that the shower didn't work so well.
