The staff were very helpful before and during the stay. I needed an apartment with specific features, and they were very patient and attentive. Good experience!

The apartment we had chosen was great, but due to a technical problem, we had been moved to another apartment that was even better. More centrally located and great quality! We enjoyed every minute of our experience in Florence. The city is amazing and Apartments Florence is a very reliable company. Definitely recommend them!

We enjoyed staying in one of their apartments for a week. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. I would reccommend this place for the others. I went to Florence because of a friend's wedding, the stay in the Apartment (managed by apartmentsflorence.it) was a very nice and pleasant experience. I loved the location - the street was situated in the very centre and at the same time in a calm area, the apartment was nice and well cleaned, can definitely recommend it.

HORRIBLE - all they care is about money , if wil have any problems ins apartment , trust me , they will not help you. I was with these people for 2 months and it was the worst time of my life , they made my trip to Flrence the wors experience ever. I’ve had several stays with Apartments Florence and I’m always impressed with the service. They have a great selection of centrally located apartments which are spotless and well appointed. The team is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome to this beautiful city, with plenty of suggestions for fabulous places to eat, drink and experience the local culture. I always recommend them to family and friends and look forward to my next visit. Thanks for helping to make my visits to Florence so special !

I have booked an apartment with Apartments Florence on three separate occasions staying in three separate apartments, for both long and short term stays, and I have been more than pleased with each experience. Each accommodation, as well as the customer service, was impeccable. Anytime I needed anything, whether it was something as simple as replacing a lightbulb or a suggestion on where to have dinner, the staff at Apartments Florence NEVER disappointed!! They were always readily available and everyone was extremely friendly while providing a helping hand. I will continue to recommend Apartments Florence as Florence's #1 rental agency.

I absolutely LOVE Apartments Florence! Not only am I in my third (amazing) apartment that they found me, but I recommend them to family, friends and clients.
They help me with anything that I need before, during and even after my stays. Everyone of the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. All of the apartments I have stayed in (and my friends and family) have been very clean and filled with every amenity that one needs for a home away from home!
