I have spent a lot of time in Italy, and this is a place that I've gone back to year after year. The food is delicious and the service is great. Instead of ordering from the menu, ask them to prepare some varied platters. The perfect meal here is a mix of meats and cheeses, porchetta, some vegetables, and bruschette. If you're fine with eating liver, I recommend asking for some of the liver (fegato/fegatini) that is used as stuffing for the porchetta. It's amazing!

If you want to try some wines from the region, pair the meal with a bottle of Orvieto Classico and/or Sagrantino di Montefalco. Orvieto Classico is a light white wine that will offer a good acidic contrast to the fat of the meats and cheeses. Sagrantino di Montefalco is a rich, warm red that will work well with the porchetta, some heartier dish, or on its own. This can be a very special red wine, so I would recommend getting a good bottle that has been aged a few years to experience it in its more complex form.

Fantastic service, very friendly. Half a liter of wine look bottomless. Pretty good pasta and porchetta(port) is tasty. Very nice place for lunch or dinner. Metss and cheese plate look and taste great.

It's a typical italian style cold dish restaurant. Looks like it's run by a local family. Great service and pleasant people. Food was delicious for someone who loves the mediteranean style food.
