Excellent locale with gorgeous views. 5* service all around. Lovely outdoor grounds, nice rooms, and delicious restaurant. Best sauna I've ever seen (6 different saunas!). Only downsides are terribly slow internet and a poor gym with only 1 workout machine.

This is a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend. If you get a nice day in summer (which we did) there is no better place on earth that in the dolomites and this hotel really made the stay one of luxury.

We booked half board and our first night in the restaurant was poor, the staff started packing up around us as there were only ourselves and another couple eating. We left early and complained to reception. The reason I am giving this hotel a four star is the way they dealt with our complaint. It turns out the Restaurant Manager had left early and the staff did not have his awareness. For the next two days the manager made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel, it became embarrassing in the end. The best table, free champagne, about 5 people serving us every time we went into eat. Sometimes things go wrong and its what you do after the event that counts.

Apart from that the hotel is great, lovely pool area, views, rooms. The only reason its not a five star my friend had her nails done and they lasted about 12 hours before peeling off.

It was a great stay, not perfect, by really good.

great hotel!! has an amazing spa facility, as well as a nice range of foods.the pools there are also great. The Dolomiti area in general is wonderful and worth checking it oyt.
