  Hier stimmt einfach alles! Tolle Atmosphäre, super freundliche Mitarbeiter, fantastisches Essen. Der Wellnessbereich ist mit das Beste, was ich gesehen habe. (Warnemünde; Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne /Vitalhotel Alter Meyerhof/Weissenhaus Village & Spa) kann man alle als gleichwertig betrachten:-)

  A 5 star hotel but not worth 5 stars. Food is from another planet, very nice but there are little things where they dont pay enough attention and that is for me more a 3+ or a 4 star hotel

  The Alpen Palace hotel is where you go to relax and forget about your busy life. It is remotely located in the Ahrntal valley and provided you with all the necessities - great spa, excellent food, quite environment and beautiful views. It is suited to couples that seek some time off, but families ware very welcomed here. We had great service from the professional staff and felt great in this nice location.

  Ottimo hotel, molto confortevole e con spa completa. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due buone stazioni sciistiche, con impianti moderni e non molto affollate.

  Excellent hotel. Great service and nice people. Great food, fair prices and stunning views of the mountains. Good SPA. Plenty to see and do around the hotel and in the nearby villages. It's always a pleasure to visit.

  Essen und Service waren ausgezeichnet.
  Garten und Pool Top.
  Zimmer sehr schön (Bad für ein 5 Sterne Haus etwas zu klein) Nur der Föhn war nichts wert - besser selber einen mitbringen.
  Was gar nicht ging: unser I Pad wurde vom Zimmermädchen beschädigt. Meldung an die Rezeption - das Zimmermädchen hat es abgestritten sagte so konnte es nicht passiert sein. Als ich am nächsten Tag ein Foto vorzeigte welches das Gegenteil beweist wurde dies einfach ignoriert.
  Deshalb werden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr besuchen.
  Mir ging es nicht mal um die Entschädigung, da in solchen Fällen immer Aussage gegen Aussage steht, aber stur zu behaupten "so kann es nicht passiert sein" ist etwas stark.
