I was there from 4 to 6 January 2013. It is a long time that I had not seen such a ramshackle place. The furniture is cheap and old and breaking apart. The blanket seemed from the salvation army and the only other blanket available was a plaid. Everything was very dirty. There was no hot water and every time I and my friends complained they said that we were the only ones to complain (we were seven, had gone there for a specialization course) that of course there was hot water, they were really unfriendly and not caring a bit. The bathroom was so awfully arranged that while seating on the toilet, my feet were inside the shower the plug on the wall came out while unplugging and I won't mention the tv set. Breakfast was half decent. All this for the "special price" arranged with the school of 40 euros per night.
