For us it was more like 3 star hotel. To kids just few games outside. If you haven't ordered lunch earlier, you can eat at restaurant just between 13 and 14. When you came at time, nobody works at place and reseption stuff unhappy trying to find out (quite long), can we with others guess to have lunch :) Sometimes just nobody cleaned rooms or if they clean just don't see what is behind door. They didn't give kettle at room and were making very bad coffee. But hotel have nice teritory with beautiful garden, nice view to mountin, realy relaxing enviroment. Nice outside and inside pools, jakusi, just mised for kids pool. Very good wifi. Way to the beach trought very busy streat, but very near is good supermarket with fantastics fruits :) A little bit overated.

Sono tornata ieri dalla vacanza e devo dire ke mi sono trovata benissimo. Camere accoglienti con giardino indipendente e pulite. Cibo molto buono e abbondante. Personale simpaticissimo a partire da Pino in primis, Serena e tutti gli altri camerieri di sala. Peccato che ci sia stata poca animazione. Sicuramente ci ritornerei senza problemi!!!!

I did not like this hotel, these were my issues:
1. We had two single beds even though it was clear we were a couple.
2. Some of the staff were blunt if not rude.
3. The restaurant took forever and the food wasn't that nice. We gave up on it towards the end.
4. Two night they had these large discos in the center of the place which 5 people attended and 50 people stayed in their rooms trying to plug their ears.
5. They had this singer through one of the meals that was really unwanted.
6. The coffee was not good (in Italy!!)
7. The internet was not working 90% of the time When we asked for help they just shrugged and said "yes it does not work." No apologies or anything.response / report this review -

Bellissima ambientazione,camere belle e pulite,ristorante ottimo,personale cortese e simpatico,piscine,terme,idromassaggio,giochi,ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Ho soggiornato dal 27 giugno al 9 luglio ho trovato personale molto accogliente e disponibile , ottima la cucina è il servizio in generale. Un complimento al Barman Pino per la sua professionalità e simpatia.
