The location was good, from the top you can see an amazing view of the gulf of Naples,the food was normal quality nothing of extraordinary but acceptable.

Bad and very slow service(45 minutes between courses). Very dirty(we had ants in room). Many trash around the hotel. Very loud at night in rooms. Very bad food. 1 star for view on the sea.

Location and hotel would be nice, but the management "Italian way" is definitely a no-go if you are trying to attract tourists. After flying all night and landing in Naples at 5am, we had nowhere to go and had to wait for check in time on the street. When we finally were able to check in and got out key, we walked up to find a dirty room with no bedsheets. We complained to the management and they told us the room was not ready because they were fully booked the night before (how is that my business?). Anyways once the room was actually ready and we were able to take a shower we only managed to miss the bus to the ceremony we were planning to go. Very bad management, we would not recommend this hotel.

Nice location with a good view of the gulf and a nice terrace. Difficult to reach but near the railway. Rooms were nice but there was a general lack of maintenance and some dirty.

Actually quite a nice hotel considering the polluted neighborhood. Maybe a bit a chaotic management but I guess that's just the Italian way. Plus they should clean the showers once in a while.
