  I cannot praise this hotel enough. My wife and I had been holidaying in nearby Sirmione when on the last day she was taken seriously ill and transferred by ambulance to Desenzano hospital. Neither the hotel in which we had been staying, or our travel company, were of any help whatsoever apart from phoning the ambulance for my wife and a taxi to take myself and our luggage from the hotel. I will review those organisations when I have considered the legal advice.
  
  I then struck lucky and found the Albergo al Cacciatore. The staff could not have been more helpful and supportive of our situation, and whilst that support cost very little in monetary terms, they spent time and effort whilst showing great understanding and empathy of our predicament. That service is worth far more than anyone could imagine who has not been in a bad situation in a location far from home.
  
  I will always be grateful to the staff and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for customer service that genuinely goes the extra mile.
  
  I believe they say in Italian "Mille Grazis Albergo al Cacciatore"

  Vorrei scusarmi con lo staff dell'albergo x aver erroneamente giudicato "pessimo " perché chi soggiorna all' albergo troverà cordialità ,pulizia nelle camere e abbondanza nella colazione. Cosa volere di più?

  Necessita di una profonda ristrutturazione sia delle stanze sia degli ambienti comuni. Non si capisce perché nella stanza era disponibile il frigo ma senza nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Il parcheggio interno non è in grado di ospitare tutte le auto degli ospiti (noi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare fuori). Prezzi modici.

  I had a very good stay in this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Very good continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional. There is parking and swimming pool with jacuzzi. Totally recommend!
