If you want to arrive on time do not use this company!
I went in to their offices to personally book, just to make sure - as there are several airports in Rome, I wanted to be certain that my shuttle would take me to Ciampino (CIA) not Fiumicino (FCO ). When the shuttle arrived, I double checked by asking the driver - he said no this shuttle only goes to FCO - I spoke to the company on the phone and they said they told me it was FCO - which is not true, because I wanted to make sure before I booked. So they left me on the side of the road and returned my money - do not trust these guys if you want to get to the airport on time - They are not careful, and they don't listen!

We used this firm for a shuttle from a Rome Hotel to Fiomicino airport. They have a request page on their website which we used, but we also phoned the next morning because we were booking them on less than 1 day's notice the person on the phone was very helpful, acknowledged our email, and readily confirmed the booking. They followed up with a confirmation email.
The shuttle was early to pick us up, and because they did not have any other clients at that same time (we flew out Saturday mid morning), the shutle driver drove us DIRECTLY to the airport. He was friendly and professional.

Rate was 30 Euros for 2 people, quite a bit less than the 50 euros quoted by other agencies (and still less than the 48 euro Rome taxi rate).

Summary: Customer service above what you normally find in Italy, and of a level that would be readily appreciated by north american visitors.
