What is considered a "subscription" is actually € 145 plus VAT and this x every year in 5 years of this fantastic subscription you buy a new boiler. In another house for the maintenance of a boiler other brand but always good quality 90 € including VAT. Then the quote is called x and when the technician comes out you find something more and they tried to change the filter (I guess for a fee)

contacted because an old Beretta water heater has been blocked since Sunday. Arrived, he points out that it is the electronic board. Then the coil, then asks for the maintenance carried out, I have been in this house for exactly one year and the boiler already existed only for the card he asks € 400 when with that amount I buy a new Bosh water heater honestly I don't seemed expert. They are also very expensive.

Too expensive spare part € 50 more than the marked labor € 58 + VAT one hour work done in 2h30 min. + the exit 41 €
I paid € 444.20 and too much to change the boiler card
Another company asked me for 210 € with a spare part for the finished work.
In my opinion it depends on the technician who comes. Unfortunately, there are dishonest people around.response / report this review -

Boiler block with relative motherboard replacement (replaced again due to a storm, w Beretta boilers!) And smoke control.
Pros: the young Antonio was, despite being just over 20 years old, good, prepared, meticulous, available and precise.
Cons: the invoice of 411.50 euros. I think it's madness !!!!
Next time I'm sorry, but I'll ask a private technician. I don't collect money from plants!response / report this review -

Called for a boiler condensation problem, with the smoke test made 7 days before by another company, they managed to ask me eur245 charging me: 1. New smoke test imposed as mandatory, despite the analyzes made the previous week 2. Half an hour non-existent extra time 2. Costs for checking operation and loading of expansion tank, which should be included in labor costs. When I contested for the salty bill, they reduced the figure to eur228, removing the gas tightness test (despite having been carried out) from the items and informing me that without that test I would have to keep the boiler off as it was not in order. IMPOSTERS, stay away! I even made a complaint to the carabinieri and wrote to the National Consumer Union.

Stay away: for an annual routine maintenance and smoke control that lasted half an hour they managed to get me € 215!

Beretta boiler with lightning board
I was absolutely satisfied. One morning in November we woke up in the cold without heating and without hot water. I made a round of phone calls . all 1 week / 4 days of waiting ect, they were the only ones to give me the appointment for a day later. Their technician arrived on time, was kind, knowledgeable and competent, helpful, prompt. Price is less in average I would say (maybe higher in a bit but for the service I received certainly consistent). Post intervention exceptional, I received all the documentation related to the intervention, in digital format. Excellent service.response / report this review -

I'm sorry because I trusted their words, but I asked to another entity and can say that they were more honest and professional. For the call and a ride in my home I have tapped me 94 € for 30 minutes of their presence, saying to spend € 800 to buy a new one. The other company that has stepped in with € 180 did all the complete action! I do not recommend

I called this morning for an urgent intervention on a water heater that didn't work for me. The appointment was made late in the morning (so very fast) the technician who arrived was precise and very helpful. Normally low prices for the type of service given. Punctuality, professionalism.

Pessima esperienza. Il tecnico è arrivato mezz'ora prima. Un lavoro di pochi minuti è stato contato come un lavoro di un'ora e mezza. Per una semplice revisione di una caldaia si sono presi 183€. Ho ricontattato il centro assistenza, mi è stato detto che sarei stato ricontattato per chiarire, ma il responsabile era impegnato. Dopo una settimana sono ancora qui ad aspettare di essere ricontattato. Questa non è né serietà né trasparenza.
