RESPONSE TO OBSERVATIONS REMAX Casamia
I shared a document from 2014 with her to provide you with as much information as possible about the property before your (missed) visit.
He knows very well that our expectations were far below the economic estimates of the report, since in his office we had already assumed much lower figures.
It would have been much more professional to add the topic instead of making sarcasm here and privately threatening to sue me.

Meet at the agency to get to know them and evaluate whether to entrust them with a property to sell with great declarations of interest in proceeding.
Get back in touch a month later to see each other and entrust the mandate: no reply to WhatsApp; in the following days after two reminders a message with a promise to call me back, waiting and further reminder and finally my phone call; fixed meeting to which they did not show up.response / report this review -

Let's say that calling a customer who has shown interest both by calling and sending emails for a couple of their proposals, asking for a visit unnecessarily, would be the minimum if you want to sell a house
No more resentful despite knowing me and knowing that I was looking seriously, since I had just privately sold my house, which they had tried unsuccessfully to sell in the previous months bringing 1 visit in 6 months, without ever giving me feedback.
For me the worst agency I came across, I can only advise against it. Unkindly, to put it mildly, the owner on the phone.response / report this review -

I dealt with the re-max agency some time ago..and if it were for them, I would still be looking for a house by now. Staff unprofessional and not party to the demands that one look. Not to be recommended.
