Judging by the amount of 5 star reviews this place had in TripAdvisor we really thought it's going to be a very pleasant experience. We had booked a two bedroom apartment but upon our arrival we were prepared a single bedroom apartment. When I said this is not what we booked I was told no, this is the one we are going to have. Luckly I had all booking details printed which included pictures of the one we booked. Eventually Adriana said we can have the other apartment but she was clearly disturbed about the event. That was the first time we spoke, the second time was when we went there to ask about checkout. We wanted a later checkout but this was not possible and we were told to drop the keys in a certain location. Let's say these are not the things I was really disturbed about. I was actually not expecting more than a clean apartment, clean bed sheets and clean towels. The bed sheets in the bedroom downstairs had a really bad odor, like really old ones. We only spent 2 nights there after which we moved upstairs. That one was better. The towels used to be white but now they are completely Grey and had bad smell. I wish we brought towels from home. Felt really bad having to use those. The apartment has been cleaned at some point but it was a very artificial clean and there were too many missed spots. We felt really unwelcome there and would not return!

Cordialità e disponibilità tutto nuovo pulitissimo non manca nulla ottimo prezzo! Ci ritornerò!
