The amazing sommelier Sam made us feel very welcome and provided excellent local wine pairing choices to carefully prepared and tasty food. We had a wonderful evening and a great experience!

Top service, a selection of regional specialties that leaves nothing to be desired. If we are here in Piedmont our first address for enjoyable food with a corresponding selection of wines from the region.

New and wonderful gourmet restaurant, the food and wine heart of the beautiful La Corte relais. Traditional, contemporary, refined and not ostentatious environment, perfectly inserted in the original context. Starred restaurant cuisine, raw materials at the highest levels and great personality in presentations. The result on the palate is hand in hand. The staff are always very attentive and friendly.
The wine list deserves to be mentioned for the exclusive variety of international quality labels, with a correct mark.
Last but not least, the bill is always adequate.

New Year's Eve in a warm, welcoming and comfortable location. Staff available and competent thanks to Salvatore and Sam who showed great professionalism. Excellent service and excellent food. Thanks to the owners of the structure, Markus and Alexa that we met and with whom we toasted the new year. From back definitely.
