  I contacted support for a problem with my washing machine and I was able to make an appointment immediately, among other things I spoke to a really nice girl. The next day the technician called me to let me know he was coming, checked the washing machine and gave me a quote to fix it. A fair price that is worth the professionalism of the service I received, I am very satisfied, if I need it again I will contact them.

  Really serious, honest and fast. I am very satisfied with the service. If everyone learned to be a little more honest they would realize that it is better to make a customer pay an honest price but make them satisfied (generating excellent word of mouth and excellent reviews) than to deceive customers by generating hatred and discontent. Really good. Congratulations!

  On February 26, a technician intervenes because my Bosch washing machine does not drain the water. The brushes are replaced and the motor reassembled.
  I pay the € 231 bill.
  After less than half an hour of operation, the washing machine starts to give off a strong smell of burning and stops completely.
  The technician returns and disassembles the engine to take it to the laboratory.
  Reassembled the motor which worked regularly on the bench but the washing machine still does not work.
  After a further series of attempts he tells me that the only solution is to buy a new washing machine.
  I asked for the remorse of the amount spent which was promptly reclaimed.
  I give 4 stars due to the waiting times for the intervention. For the rest they have shown seriousness and fairness.

  Great service, immediate repair of my dishwasher, which is now working perfectly. Honest price, also taking into account that the technician had to do some tests to verify what the problem was. Making an appointment was very easy and the operators on the phone were very nice. They also allowed me to bring the appointment earlier than the originally scheduled date.

  Highly recommended! Competent and honest technician also on the price !!! repair done immediately. My washer dryer is as good as new! note of merit also to the courtesy of the operator who answered the phone. Good job, everyone!
