  The customer service was 5 star! Immediate help, knowledge of product and surrounding area was great and their English was great! If everything else matched their customer service, they would be getting a 5 star review from me. However the massage was more like a rub, done very well but would be better with more pressure for €89 I would expect more. I had originally requested a room on an upper level floor to have a better view when booking on line. I'm sure it could have been an over sight and I am willing to forgive this. We had main floor room that was looking half at new apartment's and half at the sea, but no balcony. The rooms were basic, not luxury. The toilet seat was leaning to one side, the shower doors didnt close correctly, the robes for the spa where quite tattered, the complementary flipflop's seemed nice, but we're too small for my feet. The spa Very nice set up, multiple pools with different purposes, dry spa and wet spa, aroma therapy room, a spot where ice falls from the ceiling, also they had tea, fuit, and a couple other drinks to choose from after the pools. The pools could be a little warmer though. They seemed to be just above body temperature. If I went back it would be for a basic room with the free pool access and great customer service!
