This ice cream store is very popular among the Icelanders. This the location of the first Isbud Vesturbæjar franchise. It will take you some time to get there if you are walking. The ice cream is good and not so expensive. Worth the try is you are into ice cream.

Popular ice cream shop near the swimming pool that's open til late every day. When I got there around 10:30pm there was still a line! There are only three bar seats, so it's pretty much take out only. But they accept cards!

The girls who work there are happy to explain what kind of ice cream you can get - cream based or milk based (old style) with a choice of different dips and toppings. Just pick something, it will be good. Nice experience.
