My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time. The crew was amazing and the service was top notch. We had the opportunity to see many whales and would go again when we are back in town. Great time.

Good service, warm coveralls and an opportunity to get closer to some of the ocean's giants than you would on a larger boat. We only saw dolphins and puffins on our trip, but it was well worth the money for an enjoyable morning on a fast boat that finished up with a boatside tour of the Reykjavik harbourside. The dolphins were bold and cheeky, the puffins were cute and plentiful, and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

Though we would have loved to see some whales, we understand that as with all wild animals there are only so much they can do to get us a viewing, and that they can't control the weather.

We had an amazing time! The boat was fantastic, our guide was funny and knowledgeable, and we saw Puffins, Minke whales, Humpback whales, and Dolphins! The dolphins even swam under our boat and hung out with us! They were so good at tracking them! I'd recommend this to anyone!

Nice ribboat and nice people working there. But the guide always was in the back of the boat. So hard to hear him. Also I was better at spotting the whales then the guide. But I might just have been lucky ;)

Thrilling boat tour chasing after whales and puffins :) The guide was great and taught us a lot of things about the animals!

Dont go on their whale watching tour. Its not worth the money. We bought tickets and went on a boat were everyone was trowing up and the whales were invisible. We couldnt get a refound, only a complimantary ticket to go on a new tour. So we decied to go again, but then they canceled because of bad weather. Now were thinking its ibvious to get a refound but no, were offered to go a new day! But since we were leaving for home this was not a option. So now we are just 200 euros broke and sad that the company has no customer service at all.

Had a great time puffin watching. We chose a beautiful day to go out luckily, so it was pretty calm on the water. Marcus was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, and even emailed us some of the pictures he took, free of charge.

Have realistic expectations for what you will actually see (puffins and dorsal fins). The rib boat ride is great but not sure if it worth the extra cost. Alejandro was a great guide.
