We booked a tour for northen lights with them. We should have had a 50% refund if we did'nt see anything. We did'nt see any aurora borealis at all but we pay the full price. They don't want to pay us back.
They pretend that was the deal. If they told us on that day that there will be no refund if the guide tought it was useless to do the tour, I think we would have reconsider our choice
Moreover, they never mentionned the fact that the guide thought there would be no chance to see anything.response / report this review -

Very efficient. We took a rib boat out of the Isafjordur. We got to see 4 whales and many dolphins. Also puffins and other marine birds
