My girlfriend and I spent 9 days travelling Iceland and this was our last stop - and we saved the best for last. We were absolutely blown away. The menu is sophisticated but they pair the flavours perfectly in each dish. My girlfriend had the fish of the day (cod) in a cream sauce with white cabbage, celery root and red onions. I had the 3 course meal with ox cheek and rump as the main. Unbelievable - there is no other way to describe it. We will never forget this meal

restaurant Von is a great cozy place to sit on. subdued light and candlelight good background music and a relaxing atmosphere. clean toilet and an open kitchen so guests can check in! the staff great! I give this nice place 👍👍👍👍👍

The fish. It's amazing. Period. Fresh, tangy, very well complemented with the celeriac and potato and the sauces that accompanied it. S$30, can't get this in SG.

Excellent lunch

Von (Hope) serves excellent lunch offers. We had pan fried cod with celery root which was delicious 🤤

Von is also beautifully decorated like a vintage fishing shed with cute lighting.

Here I tasted the best salmon I have ever had.
Every time I go the food is excellent, the drinks are well made, the atmosphere is cosy and the service friendly and efficient. My favourite place in the greater Reykjavik area.
