If you realy like to get close to the kind and beautiful Icelandic horse, Perluhestar is the right place!
They have well trained horses, they will make your day unforgettable and magical! The nature around Þorlákshöfn is so beautiful and the best way to see it is on horseback.
The staff is the best, they speek many languages so you can easily tell them what your wishes are about your experience on the horses.
They have horses for everybody.

Meine Freundin und ich wollten auf unserer Islandreise sehr gerne auch auf Islandpferden reiten. Die gute Lage sowie die positive Ressonanz von Perluhestar hat uns dorthingeführt.
Äußerst freundlich wurden wir im schönen Stall von den Guides empfangen, welche unter anderem auch deutschsprachig waren. Zuerst konnten wir uns einen Eindruck vom Stall machen, welcher durch seine Pferdehaltung positiv beeindruckt hat. Danach ging es weiter zum Ausritt.
Meine Freundin ist eine sehr fortgeschrittene und erfahrene Reiterin, ich dagegen saß bisher eher selten auf Pferden. In einer 2:2-Betreuung wurden die sehr kompetenten Guides unseren stark unterschiedlichen Reitfähigkeiten sehr gerecht und wir hatten beide einen großen Spaß.
Dieses tolle Reiterlebnis auf Islandpferden können wir allen Interessierten wärmstens empfehlen. Die schöne Landschaft, die angenehmen Pferde und vorallem die sehr freundlichen sowie fachkundigen Guides haben uns sehr beeindruckt.
My girlfriend and I wanted to ride in Iceland very much on Icelandic horses. The good location as well as the positive rating of Perluhestar has brought us there.
We were received in the stable very friendly from the guides. The guides have spoken besides German as well English, Icelandic and Dutch.
At first we were able to get an impression of the stable, which was positively impressed by the horse keeping. Then we went on to the ride.
My girlfriend is a very advanced and experienced rider, but I have not been on horses so far. In a 2:2-supervision the guides were able to adapt very well to our different abilities and we both had a great fun.
This great riding experience on Icelandic horses we can warmly recommend to all interested. The beautiful scenery, the pleasant horses and above all the very friendly as well as expert guides have impressed us very much.response / report this review -

I came to Perluhestar horse rental with my friends from Sweden. They are very professional and the horses are very well trained and well taken care of. I give them 5 stars of 5 possible.
