Stopped here after viewing the northern lights at 2330. Lines to the WC were long since so many bus tours were out the same night. Many women used the mens WC to get done..

Perhaps I'm biased because I'm a foreigner, but these gas stations are awesome! A bit pricey(but hey, it's Iceland) but they have lots of yummy food choices, and I appreciate how well-kept and clean they are. We visited these many times on the tours I booked.

Magical servo with nice sviss mokka and snags with a bacon wrapping. Lots of tourist supplies here if you are on a tour and forgot that you were in the arctic. Bathrooms are good, a lot of urinals so many can go at the same time, quite efficient.

not motorhome friendly, no motorhome cleaning facilities, basically just a nice stop for tourists to get something to eat, use the toilet, petrol/diesel top up, no fresh water hose.

The mushroom soup was very tasty and the bread it came with was great. My whole meal including a sandwich + water + soup was $20

It's a gas station compound with a convenience store, Cafe and pizza restaurant. The veggie pizza was very good and the prices are fair.

It's a fuel stop with a nice view. And a shop. But it's just a fuel station. You'll get petrol and diesel here, no problem.

Best drive ever.. you will astonished to know how quickly the landscape changes.. you will be forced to park your car at every corner and take pictures.. but DRIVE SAFE.. roads can be very lonely..

Nice place! has a large snack bar, nice little shop and free toilets, aswell as a huge Island roadmap and Roads Information. Place has also many flyers. The gas station is very popular on Road 1 and crowded on weekends!
