  Accueil excellent ! La réceptionniste nous a proposé de passer un coup de fil pour nous faire ouvrir le sea museum aquarium juste pour nous. Adorable !

  Great place, friendly helpful staff! Room was to floor corner, she let us see it prior to booking. Showers and beds were warm and comfy. Access to spa - sauna/jacuzzi during the evening. Quite, though it was slightly off season and low on guests I think. Walking distance to everything, although the whole town is. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Price was a little more then the average around the country, but it was well spent for us.

  If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, this is a great choice. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet (ours had a great view too) and breakfast is included. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna from 5-10pm. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and hikes nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

  I don't know why the hotel is listed on Google maps as a hostel, it's clearly a very nice hotel with a highly rated restaurant. Our room was a small suite with private bathroom and views back towards the volcanos. Breakfast is great with baked eggs and bacon. Staff very friendly and eager to help. Hot tubs in the basement a great way to relax. Couple of English speaking TV channels in our room were nice too.
