Totally overpriced for a tiny room , but the place is beautiful, warm , ok breakfast and of course the service is excellent.

We left our car at the Hot Tubs parking lot and walked 4km to the glacier. The view over the glacier is wonderful, very peaceful. The road to the glacier is very bad, Only 4x4 cars are allowed to drive there. Schedule approx. 2 hours if you want to walk to the glacier.

Splendide ! Un glacier avec des icebergs sur le lac. On peut faire un bon bout du tour du lac à pied. Remonter pour le retour, ce sera plus facile.

Nice walk and amazing view of the glacier If there isn't fog! But the whether changes quickly so wait a bit and then the view will leave you without words.

About 4km from Hoffell on a 4x4 drive road (very careful driving with a regular car may get you here too) this parking lot shaves an hour off the hikes that start there. Two short hikes (less than 1 hour), two medium hikes (4 hours) and trailhead for longer hikes, indicated with yellow markers. Due to glacier runoff streams it is not always possible to do the hikes (and markers get washed away). We managed to get to the parking lot without crossing shallow water, but don't count on this being the case.

Non è sicuramente l'area più bella dove vedere il ghiacciaio. Arrivarci è tosta con la macchina e l'acqua è veramente sporca. Andate avanti verso la laguna più famosa..merita molto di più.
