The Best place where you can stay near by the Gesir. Amazing hotel and nice staff.
Clean and quiet place. Comfortable setting and services. Nice dining hall.
Wonderful food and staff. Cottages are Hugh quality.
Wonderful cabins for rent, lots of parking, all you can eat breakfast, incredible landscapes.
Good food, services, and comfortable atmosphere. Very close to the Great Geysir. Had lunch there and understood it was a family that run the business for three generations now.
Really enjoyed my stay here. I will add some pics after I filter through on my phone. It was very clean and accomodating and friendly staff. The actual geysir is right across the street and it is amazing to see it shoot off. The hotel has wonderful food, great quality dinner and breakfast as well.
Nice rooms- food good but very expensive
Visited the geysir nearby. Truly beautiful place!
Good service and decent food, although pricey probably due to proximity to a tourist attraction.
High quality architecture, but you will not believe the amount you will pay for very average food. I realize Iceland is expensive, but $19 for a bowl of soup (and $40 for the lunch buffet) is pure silliness. I definitely would not make the trip north for this meal regardless of the geyser next door. Oh, and did I mention the place is packed to gills with other tourists? Unpleasant.
