Not value for money. The most expensive of all my stays in Iceland but the least standard I terms of customer service or room facilities. Also one is better off booking a place in Hofn than her ..which is middle of nowhere. Two good points are the location and decent breakfast. But that's about it. Very very small rooms- it's more a hostel than a guesthouse

Great guesthouse with very good dinner and breakfast from own farm. The host is friendly and our room (with own bathroom) was comfortable and clean. Spectacular views and a lot of lambs around the farm. About 40 min drive from glacier lake The gravel road (3km from the main road) is fine and good accessible (even with a normal car). Highly recommended.

The Breakfast and service and tea and views were amazing. We were lucky enough to see the Northern lights while out walking the farm.

Clean and spacious room. The lamb soup, lamb burger, and cod was delicious. Parking is a few steps from your room.

Great place to stay and explore the area. The room was nice and had a great view, very warm and comfy. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Only stayed one night but would have liked to stay more. A bit off the road (little tougher to find in a snow storm) but very welcoming staff and beautiful views (once the storm cleared). New/clean rooms with hair dryer. Breakfast selection was great and included fresh baked bread.

Nice little place off the road enough for great starry nights. We had a single room and the toilet was in the shower, which was odd. Otherwise pretty great.

Super comfortable room with spectacular view. Foods are delicious especially for lamb steak. The staff is also super nice. Love this place :)

The room and stay location are great. A bit off of the ring road, and that's fine. Nice staff, good continental breakfast. If you're looking for a great dinner I recommend making the drive to Hófn.

Free wifi, great location, cute rooms, nice and friendly hosts. Breakfast was included and you can have dinner at their little restaurant. There's a vegetarian option. We had a shared bathroom, although there were only 2, but it felt like home. Tea and coffee is always available. We loved it there!!!

Whilst the room was brand new and the view very nice, it wasn't quiet due to noise from adjacent rooms. You can hear thumping from people walking and the wall bangs too. The lock didn't work on my room either, so I went out at 4am worried about my stuff.
Breakfast is tasty and fine, but you need to remove shoes. It's 3km from the ring road on a remote farm, but the dirt track is no problem to drive on.response / report this review -

We had a double bedroom with private bathroom. Everything fine. Room and bathroom were very good and clean. Breakfast is also good. You can have a good lunch at that place.
